先回顾一下上次发的帖许多人以为那三条是代表shin的观点，这属于误解还有人问你说的到底是正话还是反话，这纯粹是想多了论分享的道德，自是站在下载者的角度指责分享者之道德败坏所谓来而不往非礼也，今天谈下载之道德则是要站在发布者的立场，痛批当今下载众之丧尽天良
1、要批的第一类下载众：嫖客
我们当中有些人过年回家不知感谢父母，拿了奖牌不知感谢祖国到了网上，下了东西也不知道感谢发布者我这里不想说发布者所付出了的努力，只想描绘一些下载众的心态为了论述的方便，我们用字幕组来举例：有人说，我下你们组发的东西，是给你们面子，增加你们的人气你们要的不就是人气么？还不给我赶快发布，要爷等到什么时候？假如一个字幕组要靠人气来支撑广告收入或其他业务，那这话说得没错小姐对待嫖客，看给钱多少，可以讲点儿服务态度和质量不过我看多数字幕组都是良家妇女，矜持犹在，傲娇的也不少人家讲究的是情投意合，门当户对在此奉劝嫖惯了下载党们不要以为有几个臭钱，就什么妹子都能泡到当心人家男友出来揍得你娘都不认识
2、要批的第二类下载众：学术强盗
对发布者来说，在所有下载众的恶行中没有什么比学术强盗更令人气愤、更令人悲伤把别人发布的东西改一改，就成了自己发布的类似现象我在《论“分享”的道德》中早有论述，今天来谈谈实例不久前高达UC独角兽OVA在PS3配信漫游第一次在首发时采取了外挂字幕的方式能够普及外挂字幕首发是shinjico长年以来的心愿但总有人会错意，比如有人把漫游的改了改曰“独家字幕大幅修正”，又曰“下过的也请再下一次吧”

这话没有说得很直白，我理解为“漫游的那个不太好，我把它改好了，下我的吧”客观说这也没有怎么不妥，好歹还标明修改自漫游按照shinjico的观点，只要最后流传下去的是好字幕其实是谁家的都不要紧，是不是有人记着原制作者也不要紧可不一定所有人都这么想，对自己发出去东西有保护欲的人很多你们这一乱来，翻译们便哭闹着找到shinjico要求字幕内嵌，并且要求下次首发不要放字幕就算shinjico比阿姆罗还厉害，他开的高达也是阿纳海姆造的你把这群人都得罪了，难道要shinjico也去开杰刚？太不道德了吧

鉴于上篇弄得许多人抱怨今次不展开太多，免得又刺激到谁谁最后说一说我自己的观点所谓道德其实没有什么约束力，你可以讲道德，也可以不讲道德现在的情况就是，大家都不太讲道德，谁先讲道德谁吃亏这就好比两个傲娇碰到一起，谁先坦诚心意就输了所以这恋爱谈起来尤其吃力我希望大家都能坦率一点，自己也会尽量坦率一点消灭傲娇，世界才会和平，人类才会幸福，谢谢大家！
